afripartsourcing.com is a trade name (the «Owner»). The Owner reserves the right to amend, update and change the Privacy Policy at any time. Please review the Privacy Policy on a regular basis to ensure that you are aware of current Site policies and practices.
Return
afripartsourcing.com parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged and are returned within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned parts must be accompanied with the original purchase invoice and original
packaging, in a resaleable condition.
There will be no return on electrical parts other than a warranty claim that is accompanied by
the required diagnostic report indicating the part is faulty and which report is supplied by an
entity with acceptable credentials and approved to conduct testing on the goods being
returned.
Unwanted, unused parts returned after 5 working days of the invoice date may incur up to a
20% handling fee and might be subjected to Head Office Quality Control inspection before
acceptance. Parts returned after 30 days will not be accepted for return.
Parts that have been defaced (installed, disassembled, tampered with, oil-stained, primed, or
otherwise modified) and are therefore not in their original state as sold, including any damage
to the packaging or lack of original packaging will NOT be accepted for return.
Special orders will not be accepted for a return as these parts are specifically ordered
according to the customer’s specific requirements.
Cancellation policy
Customer has a right to cancel order if the order has not been shipped yet. If status of the order is showing status “not yet paid to our supplies” in this case customer has a right to cancel order and will receive a full refund without any charges.If order has being shipped already, you can request the “Return” please refer to Return Policy.
In certain cases, afripart reserve the right to reject cancelation, if the items are ordered to “Remote dealer branch” in that case, we cannot cancel the order, if any of the items in your order has such items.
Shipping Policy
All shipments are fully covered by insurance. afripartsourcing.com makes all efforts to ensure that your parcel arrives to you in perfect condition. afripartsourcing.com will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during shipping to Truck transportation, Bus transportation or “Freight Forwarders”. afripartsourcing.com shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge-backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. You agree not to refuse ANY shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent. We ship almost to all provinces in Zambia in our list of supply chain. Be informed in some cases,small items might be missing original packing, due to bulk supply from manufacturer (items like bolts, nuts, bushes etc…) We deal with such well known companies as Buses, Trucks, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS, etc (for Registered Parcel’s). In most cases we dispatch parcels in 3-4 working days, if its an stock items. Glass(like windshields, side door glass) items requires wooden crate, subject to extra fee from 30-200 USD depends up on the sizes and destination provinces.
Damages
All damages or defective items should be informed to our email: info@afripartsourcing.com within 3 days from time of receiving package. Otherwise afripartsourcing insurance team will not cover the loss.
Governing Law / Jurisdiction
The Agreements are subject to the laws of the republic of Zambia, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles. Further, you and AFRIPARTSOURCING GOODS SOURCED agree to the jurisdiction of the REPUBLIC OF ZAMBIA to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that relates to or arises in connection with the Agreements.
Data Deletion
If you have register account directly on Afripartsourcing.com, afripartsourcing.com acts as data controller. In this case, we will delete all account data upon request (via email to privacy@afripartsourcing.com) or upon closure of your account. This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or partsouq.com employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any ti
